How credit information supports lending decisions
INOVIS assesses affordability, identity and repayment history before approving a loan. Information from the Dinau Control Centre (DCC), or another authorised credit-data source, may form part of that assessment where its use is lawful and disclosed to the applicant.
What credit information is for
Credit information helps a lender understand existing commitments, past repayment behaviour and possible affordability risks. It is one input into an assessment—not an automatic promise or refusal.
Using reliable information can reduce over-borrowing and protect both the applicant and the shareholder capital used to fund approved loans.
A credit check should be clear, proportionate and reviewable
